First of all, I have strong specialty skill in architecture design. With Master degree from Virginia Tech (Rank 11 in America) and Bachelor degree in Beijing Jiaotong University (985), I devoted myself to architecture for 7 years and designed international, multifaceted and gloriously works.
In addition, I have strong communication skill. The work experience both in China and America makes me get to know how to work well in different teams. I tried to engage every stage of the design process, from schematic design to construction documentation with a collaborative and professional work ethic.
What's more, I have strong leadership. I enjoy managing a group and taking the leadership role of the college-student committee and other clubs. With creative ideas and sociable personality, I organized a few different kinds of activities, such as study group, work & workout exercise. And there were always positive feedback afterwards.
