Wethersfield High School

The Wethersfield High School comprehensive renovation project addressed educational program requirements and energy conservation needs. The 255,000-SF “like-new” renovation and 26,000-SF addition enhanced safety and accessibility, and improved circulation and site amenities.

The project scope included:

  • new administrative offices

  • new interiors and finishes 

  • complete infrastructure upgrade

  • 14 new science clabrooms

  • new media center

  • complete auditorium renovation

  • repurposed music, art, and technology spaces

  • new culinary program

  • new commons/cafeteria

  • addition of entirely new athletic facilities 

  • teachers' and coaches’ offices and support spaces.
