- 4-storey addition to an existing hospitality development;
- new hotel building featuring various brick veneers, fiber cement and metal sidings
- the addition is connected to the existing hotel by a covered skyway with an exposed steel structure visible through extensive glazing;
- hot-rolled steel structure with concrete & steel decks were chosen.
