Understanding the place, the character, the project & its requirement, the essence of the space was required to be depicted in a very subtle modern touch. The entire space revolves around the central courtyard with integrated activity zones/ interactive nooks connected both formally & informally which defines the look & its use. An active central space has been planned with proper designated & planned zones for conducting formal & informal gatherings where students from different architectural schools can work & exchange their thoughts under one roof. This area suits both professionals & students while giving them a sense of unity. This central courtyard has been refined using beautifully laid out greens with a water fountain with fixed / loose furniture & an OAT. The informal opening to the cafe adds an extra character to this commercial space.

A completely open plan with a big opening maximizes the use of daylight. The interaction zones and the privacy of the working space/studios have been designed with utmost importance. All the spaces have been designed considering the requirement & the need at the given hour. With only 30% ground coverage, open spaces have been provided and designed giving the true identity of a proper planned & designed co-working space for Architects

Special consideration has been taken for designing formal & informal zone. To break the monotony of typical working space, a peak of informal get-together zones (cafes, library, Terrace garden, etc.) have been planned on each floor. Each Studio, each zone, and each Floor be it indoor or outdoor is important and hence is designed specially.

Considering the overall occupancy, 2 basements have been planned to match the required parking with 2 Entry & 1 Exit Ramp.
