Residential building on the banks of the Dnipro. Two 9-storey buildings gently fit into the terrain due to terracing. The volumes gradually increase from the water to the opposite edge of the site, which minimizes its visual impact and fits as much as possible into the natural relief of the embankment.
In the pediment, the projections of the terraces create outlines that resemble waves, which is in harmony with the Dnipro Bay, on the shore of which the complex is located.
The terraces are planted with vegetation from the ground to the roof. Thus, the project takes on the fundamental characteristics of the site on which it is located.
