My Capstone (final graduate project) pertains to identifying performance gaps through competency modeling. This skill is extremely valuable for recognizing strengths internally and maximizing on current employee’s natural abilities. I hope to find an organization that values this kind of employee recognition as a tool to have staff performing at their greatest potential and therefore create an environment of job satisfaction.
