Kansas City, MO
Two Hallbrook was the first speculative office building located in the metropolitan Kansas City area to achieve LEED Silver certification. The exterior of the building was conceived as a “grand colonnade” perched on the green plinth. The Class A office building was designed to maximize daylight and views for all occupants.
