Having taken into consideration of the one of the most distinctive districts in Poznan, Chwaliszewo, the project of the residential complex had to be tailored to the spirit of the historical place. On one hand, the design should relate to the existing buildings, on the other hand the designed building should have contemporary elements and should be friendly to its inhabitants.

The building opens to the most vibrant places in Poznan. The views focus on the river Warta, Ostrow Tumski district, the Cathedral. The residential building consists of 13 apartments from 38m2 to 149m2, and one additional penthouse with a pool, on the top.

The building is equipped with an auto car park system, allowing for parking your vehicle inside your apartment in special area.
