WindMark Beach Master Plan
The construction plan used latest conservation techniques by building homes and boardwalks on raised pilings and applying advanced water detention methods. Everywhere is connected by paths to the beach walk. Planned amenities include an 18-hole golf course, two beach clubs, four pool clubs, a tennis club and two fishing piers anchoring each end of the site.
Area 818 hectares. Including 1,662 residential units and a 6,500 SM mixed-use town center.

My Role: Master plan team work effort. my roles involved master planning, established master planning framework, established town center urban design guidelines, individual building layout baesd on required program, and oversaw town center building construction.
