About

As an architectural designer for five years, I have gained the knowledge and expertise that would make me an invaluable employee to your firm.  I have a solid understanding of the design development process. Working in Revit and Autocad, I have produced numerous schematic drawing sets and full construction document sets.  Daily interactions with consultants, engineers, and owners has honed my ability to manage any situation that may arise.

Currently, I am in my last semester of graduate school at Georgia Tech, and will graduate in about 1 month with a Master of Architecture degree.

Awards

Portman Prize, Honorable Mention

Portman & Associates established this award in the year 2000 with the intention of encouraging graduate students to develop a holistic design approach that ties the big idea to the small detail. This year students were tasked with creating a design for a highly intelligent “house of learning.”

The Portman Prize is an annual competition within Georgia Tech’s School of Architecture that brings some of the most distinguished architects from across the country to serve as jurors. This year architect Laurie Hawkinson of the NYC firm of Smith-Miller + Hawkinson Architects served as the visiting critic; and from Portman, Principal Gordon Beckman, AIA presented the award and Rob Halverson, AIA, NCARB, Senior Project Manager, sat on the jury.
