The Capital Mall Theater Expansion involved an addition of a Century 14 Theater Box that was offset from existing mall by a linear circulation corridor. This corridor consisted of a exposed glue laminated beam exposed structure with tongue groove planks connected to steel beam and column structure which was later cladded with wood veneer. the Side entries are full height curtain walls to express the verticality of the space. During the entitlement phase 62' landmark tower was introduced to reinforce the connection to the Promenade across the street
