SeEscape was my entry into the AIAS Reinventing Home competition in the spring of 2013.  The program called for a new take on a retirement home on a cliff side of Bandon Oregon.  I spent a lot of time considering the extreme grading and exposure of the site and how to use that whole complying to ADA Standards.   I used this to drive a new type of retirement community based off of the naturalist appreciation of the surrounding communities.  I also looked at established  co-housing models world wide to help shape the function of the complex.
