McDonogh 16 Home for the Aged will consist of 64 home for the aged dwelling units, split between new construction and a renovation of the historic McDonogh 16 school building. In early 2013, the existing historic building was stabilized, and construction on the new building will commence in late 2013 for completion in 2014.
