The infi ltration of the green into the gray explores how green space can be made more synonymous with gray space, and how it can defi ne and effect micro-climates within a larger building. As a contributor to atmospheric effects, the green has the potential to effect and transform more conventional programs (in this case, shopping) and experience, calling into question what is natural, what is artificial, and how the deployment of both can contribute to the larger effects of the environment.
