A 6000sf existing commercial building is converted to an creative office for a production firm with headquarters in Portland and Los Angeles. In close collaboration with the client, domaen designed a practical and socially engaging interior that fits aesthetic needs and exhibits a "sense of wonder" the client requested early on.

This is achieved through careful selection of material and a central workspace design that seamlessly integrated conference spaces that both fulfill needs for privacy and exposure at the same time. The two conference spaces arein tegrated in a two-part ceiling piece that folds and inflates around the spaces, seemingly tearing at seams to allow glimpses into the spaces.
