A family city house of rectangular shape in concrete blocks with two floors. An adjacent garage in common ownership. Gable roof on the house and on the garage with tiles in terra-cotta.

Motivation | Need
Complete renovation of the garden floor of the existing house with a reorganization of the functions and the spaces of all the existing rooms. Addition of two distinct volumes with flat rooftop not-accessible terrace to extend the kitchen and the living areas on the South elevation.
