This project required us to take an existing office building and upgrade it. As project manager I was responsible for ensuring clear communication between Design, Structural, HVAC, and Electrical teams by managing schedules, RFIs, submittals, and all major project decisions. I also used AutoCAD and Microsoft Word to prepare complete set of construction documents including drawings, specifications, calculations, meeting minutes, etc.
