High-density residential apartment project located in a high commercial area of Tampa, FL.  The project posed multiple site constraints, including an existing 150 year old oak tree and the challenge of meeting the owners unit requirements based on the site acreage.  All owner requests and conditions were met.  Part of my responsibilities included assisting in unit design, project layout, exterior design lead, amenity design.
