Just a mile from the Los Angeles World Airport, the renovation of this 5-story office building included the addition of new building canopies and building signage, renovation of the ground floor lobby, addition of a mail room and common lounge, and the addition of accessible restrooms.  Existing restrooms were fully upgraded, finishes and lighting were upgraded throughout the multi-tenant corridors, and elevator cabs were modernized.

The partnership between CAUSSEAUX | ARC, the contractor team and the client, resulted in a strategic and precise phasing plan that allowed the above mentioned improvements to take place over the course of 6 months, in an occupied building, which at the completion of the project saw cost savings due to a more efficient HVAC system, dual-glazed glass on the first floor, low-flow fixtures in the restrooms, and efficient lighting throughout.

The success of this project encouraged the building owners to consider development of an adjacent property, which is currently under review.
