At Lumos & Associates, we became familiar with grant writing and through that, we were able to secure a grant to complete a master plan for a rural Nevada county (Lincoln).  They had existing rodeo grounds that were a run down and not in use. 

We ended up getting a GIS map of the area and I was able to insert that into Auto CAD, scale it, and began to overlay line work on top of the map so when we were presenting this project to the county, they could easily see the reference because it did encompass a large area.

We began with an opportunities and constraints illustration to show how the design works best for what their needs are.

We then created 2 possibilities as to what we could do with the site and I presented the designs in a town hall style presentation in front of 300 residents.
