THE ABACO CLUB - BAHAMAS

This Project was the brain child of Mr. Peter Desavray a 540 acre Links Style Golf Course on the Island of Abaco in the Bahamas.

My role was that of Development Director and to oversee the Construction of Individual Executive Private Luxury Homes for the rich and famous.

A chance in a lifetime Project working on a small island in the Caribbean working with discerning clients who only require total perfection, considering they were spend $4.5 million on what in effect was a vocational home, therefore detail to design and construction was paramount.

All building materials had to be imported from overseas, once again a logistic headache to ensure materials arrived on time to meet the demanding time schedules.

Peter Desavray as an Employer expected 100% from his Employees but in return enabled individuals to take full control of his prestigious development and to work on their own Initiatives.
