The principle behind the design of the structure is to create a Greenhouse and a kitchen that work together as one single component.  This space will assist individuals seeking guidance on correct growth of plant life and apply the plant life to everyday meal preparation.  The incentive for the Greenhouse is so that people can relate the importance of horticulture from our local farmers and the relevance behind growing and cooking organically.  The purpose of the kitchen is so that individuals can apply what they learn about horticulture to how they eat.  They will learn how to prepare and store food properly, so that they understand the importance of using foods to their fullest potential.
