This project has the main theme “Space for Work”. The project is about how to created a modern servicing business-oriented building and a building which is designed with consideration for climate.

The building’s spatial design is influenced by the work functions and with respect to each individual work needs. The building is of formed and oriented by the harsh climatic conditions in the area to ensure a satisfactory working environment
Around the building an urban master plan are designed to create a stronger link between the port quayside, visitors and the building.
