This project was also entered into the Donghia Competition in 2012.

The objective was to design a law firm with an office footprint of approximately 20,000 square feet. We had to come up with a solution for connecting the two floors of the law firm. I solved this problem by creating a communicating stair that connects the 25th floor and the 26th floor. The communicating stair is a semi circular stair that is made of finished marble for the treads and risers and metal and glass for the railing and guard. Going off the curve of the communicating stair, I decided to take that same curve and use it throughout the entire 25th floor of the Law Firm.
