We are designing a 3 story w/cellar residential dwelling for a husband and wife with two children. The rear of the house faces the Mill Basin, which spills into the Jamaica Bay. While the overall design of the exterior of the dwelling has been approved by the client, only the framework has been constructed. The interior of the dwelling is still undergoing the design process
