This is a small carriage house that I design in Indianapolis. It was designed for a historic neighborhood which wanted a sympathetic design that would fit in while also being serviceable to the owners. The historic house that sits at the front end of this lot being designed in the 19th century had no garage as such. The owners also wanted to take advantage of the need for small apartment living close to downtown Indianapolis.
