The 2,500-acre resort and two 18-hole championship golf course resort developments of Cas
Abao and Port Marie blend the old charm of Dutch Colonial architecture with all the

Located 20 miles north of the capital city of Willemstad, the Cas Abao golf resort includes a 250-
room hotel, clubhouse, marina, 625 single residence lots with views of the sea or golf courses,
302 villa lots, 50 condominiums and 300 time share units.  The luxury hotel contains a 30,000 sf
conference facility, covered loggias, two restaurants, swimming pools and a health spa.  The first
phase of the development will also include a full service 100 ship marina and a commercial
center.
The Phase II, Port Marie Development,  will include the addition of a new golf course, 131 villa
lots and 1,100 single residence lots.  The master plan expansion will also add two additional
hotels in future phases.
