Task of the design project in
the summer semester of 2011
was to design a residential and
commercial building, the land
in a vacant lot in South City
neighborhood in close proximity
to Auepark and art school
is located.
The neighboring building,
which is adjacent to the proposed
town house consists of
residential buildings that were
built in the 1900s and therefore
have high fl oors and spacious
apartments for a comfortable
living. Due to the location of
the property with open views
to the southwest and the proximity
to the park is a high
quality of living is guaranteed.
The current draft includes the
vacant lot with a town house,
which provides in the two lower
floors and offi ce space in
the three upper floors of living.
Building height and the ceiling
heights are based on the neighboring
buildings and divide the
fassade.
