This was my recent residential house for 5 family members in Brooklyn NY 43 dean street. Each person in class were limited to 9 shipping containers, extra 400 sq. ft and free cellar. we were able to cut the contain in certain ways and come up with floor plans and program which was necessary for the family. I came up with 4 floors including cellar. Cellar contains mechanical  room, storage and a mini home gym. 1st floor has entrance, closet, living room, kitchen, dining, half bathroom and private office.   2nd floor contains 2 bedrooms and one master bedroom with a master bathroom, another bathroom and a small laundry room.    3rd floor is a family room with balcony and a guest room and a bathroom.
