This building was designed in the neighborhood of Palermo Viejo in Buenos Aires. the idea came from wanting to keep the municipal line as happened in the neighborhood, but on the other hand was needed expansions and private spaces within the complex, that is why it generated a perforated metal outer skin that keeps the privacy of the occupants, where appears inside formal freedom that generates the spaces required, always having that filter light and noise that makes it a private place.
