160 Richmond, formerly called 168, is a mixed-use development being constructed on a 13,350-square-foot lot on the east side of Downtown Virginia one block south of Church Hill. This new 155,000-plus square-foot, 16-story building will include 370 beds of student housing, enabling the college to house all of its entering students for the first time. These students will share two-story community rooms, practice and ensemble rooms, and a small fitness center.
