I was involved in this Project from the development of concept to the finishing of architecture drawing.
DESIGN CONCEPT
• The main propesd of designing building is to accommodate the entire requirement of Gaurishanker Development Bank Limited and provide enough space for rental spaces.
• As the site flat land, considerations are taken due respect to these aspects.
• Sufficient room, Open Terrace and service area are provided.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The project is located in the heart of the Bharatpur city on the East – West Highway way from Lions chowk to Bharatpur Airport. The location is quite appropriate for commercial purpose and it seems to be feasible due to its location and surroundings. The surrounding neighbors are Royal Century Hotel, Standard Chartered Bank, Chitwn Medical College Teaching Hospital, Chitwan Samudayik Hospital and Bharatpur Nagarpalika. As the surroundings are landmark buildings, it will be advantageous to us to have such a prime location.
2.2 CONCEPT
The main objective of the design concept is to design the corporate building, which fulfills all necessary requirements for the banking purpose. Here we concerned with basic requirements of Gaurishanker Development Bank Ltd (GDBL) along with extra necessary facilities.
Basic Requirements of the GDBL are as follows:
i. Basement Floor - Parking, Security Office and other services.
ii. Ground Floor - Cash counter, Reception Area and Rental Area
iii. First Floor - Banking Services
iv. Second Floor - Executive Area & Rental Area
v. Third Floor - Rental Area
vi. Fourth Floor - Restaurant Area and open Terrace.
