The Twenty-One 08 Residential Complex was phase 2 of the Twenty-One 08 Master Plan project which focused on the design of a residential community that would be the new center for on campus housing for Howard University. With Students being moved to a central location, they would experience a greater sense of community. The project laid the foundation to alleviate the stresses of commuting through less than pleasant neighborhoods and increase the security of students.
