A Town Hall that is inspired by the surrounding 
buildings in Sea Bright and creating an individual 
building for each department. Most of the town 
hall will be elevated on a platform to solve the 
flood plane issue while creating a public space 
at the same time below it. Each department 
will have their  own vertical and horizontal spaces 
that are shared with neighboring departments.
These voids help bring in more light into the
town hall while creating a stack effect to improve 
indoor air quality. These vertical voids connects 
different  departments together by not having 
a physical connection, but a visual one.
