Renovation of the Madrid train station integrated retail and leisure components into less utilised areas of the 79,804-sm site. Principe Pio is comprised of two primary parts. The first, the old train station, was fully restored to its original appearance; at the same time, three levels of retail and restaurant space were added to it. The second component is a new building for retail with a 9 screen cineplex.
