- 12: Wood joist placed placed next to each other, making it sold wood floor; Cleaned and sanded to make it actual flooring.

For energy efficiency

- Replaced old steel framed windows with thermally broken aluminum frame double insulated glass for energy efficiency;

- Drywall on metal studs with insutation added on existing brick masonry wall ;

- New HVAC units with spiral duct work;
