This facility was designed around an existing theater where the local community gathering. The facility had been abandoned for several years and need a complete renovation and abatement. This facility was located new to the new Central Middle School. Facilities Director, Alex Palacios, was so satisfied with Mr. Delgado's work he commissioned ERO Architect to also renovate this facility.
