1). Residential construction:

I had supervised this 4-storey residential project (including attic) from ground breaking to architectural finishes. Responsibilities are mobilize & demobilized manpower/equipment, engineering consultants,   vendors, sub-contractor coordination, bill of materials, materials ordering, prepared shop drawings for consultant's approval, conducts regular construction meeting (every 2-weeks).

2). Multi - family residential Architectural designer:

Responsiblities are from density/site planning, drafting, meeting w/ engineering consultants/city plan review & construction documentation.
