Originally Carnegie Estate, a complete interior demolition and exterior changes were done, included was an additional 13,000 square feet extension, bringing total to 37,000 square feet.  Renovation included the addition of a library, indoor pool, sauna wet and dry, cinema, gym and wine room. In addition a new 5,000 Sq. Ft. Gate House, and a 10,000 square feet Staff House was added to the estate.
