This project is an entry for ISOVER Eco Skyscraper contest. Located south to the World Trade Center, near Battery Park in NY the project proposes a mixed used tower wich links Washington St to Greenwich St and brings the Battery Park closer, with a series of terraces and public functions .

It focuses on intense mixed of use (live, work together, play) by integrating the public activities from the park and surrounding streets. The sustainable strategy: A green spiral around the tower, Inner atrium, Pipe installation at the top of the building, Wind turbines
