• Designed a mixed-use development for an existing site in Bethlehem, PA, with the requirement that an existing 24-story tower had to remain onsite
• Produced detailed site plans for the proposed community, and plans for its connection to the surrounding community
• Constructed a model and drew plans, sections, and elevations of one proposed building, and presented to the Art Dept.
