Part of a much larger mixed-use development, the design of the hotel had to contend with a very limited site and receive design approval from the local architecture review board.  The hotel includes a full bar and lounge, 1,650 s.f.    dedicated meeting space and an indoor pool.  An exterior lighting scheme was adapted from the prototype design while satisfying local lighting and signage ordinances and LEED requirements.

Operated as project architect though out all phases of the project from schematic design through construction, producing all construction documents, coordinating all consultants’ documents, reviewing all submittals and answering all RFIs.
