Based on a essay of Crhistopher Alexander entitled "the city is not a tree" i changed the way how we can wee the future city planning adding a 3D layer to that, thinking as a forest and the building being something like a tree.

This way we can create species (uses) according to necessities and adapt the main use in building to create a ecosystem.
