APARTments is a housing project proposed on a corner lot in downtown NYC overlooking the Williamsburg Bridge.
The design for the building was motivated to satisfy three challenges: maximize solar heat efficiently, provide a green space for all dwelling units and maximize viewing opportunity for all apartments.
