Focusing on themes of accessibility and public transit, the hub responds to various modes of transit, providing circulation spaces for cyclists, buses, and light rail. The hub also contains communal meeting spaces and offices as well.

In this particular complex, transportation takes on a theatrical manner, gently shaped in a way for visitors to view these particular modes of transit in action.  Commercial office spaces and communal meeting areas are lifted off of the ground to allow for such activity to take place below. The bike ramp, bus route, and light rail all take charge of their own designated space in the complex while intertwining with each other in an emphatic matter.
