Residential space project for Materials for Interior Design course.  Project focused on small space design, sustainability, and responsible building.  Project space is located in Stowe, Vermont, and fits the guidelines for a successful Passive Haus.  Material selection and building style reflects compatibility with Vermont climate.  Project includes floor plan, elevation, section, ventilation system, insulation technique with cut diagram, and window treatment technique.  Project is hand drafted and rendered in ink and colored pencil on mylar.
