Existing 1000 sq.ft. bungalow on 0.6 Acre converted into 2500 sq.ft. home and studio.  Modern Barn / Craftsman style Home.  Open floor plan w/ studio above.  This is something different or outside the "box" from what i do day in and day out.  Being that i couldnt afford the detailing that i put into the homes i design and produce at my current office (but love dearly), i decided to take a different approach and put some techniques in order that ive been interested in modeling for years now.
