·     A $150million U.S. Marine Corps development at Camp Pendleton, CA. The 41 Area project includes three separate sites with 20 buildings and infrastructure. Immediate project responsibilities include Project Architect on a 20,000sf Platoon Headquarters, Armory, high-tech Applied Instruction/Warehouse and Tactical Vehicle Maintenance Shop. On the design side, the project incorporated Revit/BIM technology complete with 3D clash detection. The entire 40-acre campus is currently under construction and it is pre-registered as a LEED v2.2 project. Several prominent command structures will be Certified Gold, but the overall project will be rated Silver.
