The Valleycrest Residence is a remodel of an existing private residence. At the owner's request, we extended the back portion of the house to enclose the existing patio, add a breezeway and office, and remodel the main entrance, part of the living room, the kitchen, patio, and second floor.

My Role: I was involved in the initial design meetings with the clients and was responsible for completing and submitting the drawings for permits.
