This project consist  in the restoration of a Social Housing Complex which has 15,650 sq ft.  There are 20 buildings inside ten blocks and 83 apartments between 130 sq ft to 215 sq ft, all the complex is inhabited by lower class people mainly.

This restoration over all the complex consists, in the interior of the apartements and all the facades and architectural elements, like windows, doors, fences and all a new painting All on the less conserved parts and spaces in the buildings. The work is planned  for a couple of years.

My work for this project was to create all the 3D file and the final views for the permit , also to contribute to do the final permit. It has required visits, learn and understand all architectural plans and a very strong coordination and communication with all members involved in the studio.

The complex is located in Miramas, a city with a polupation of 25,000 inhabitants at South France, near Marseille.
